Who We Are
BOOST is an after-school program built on connection, care, and curiosity. We partner with charter schools in the Charlotte area to provide a safe, structured environment where children can thrive beyond the school day. Our team is made up of passionate educators, mentors, and community members who believe in the power of purposeful time after school. Every afternoon is a chance to support learning, spark imagination, and create meaningful moments for each child we serve.
Our Program
We believe that growth happens through a balance of structure and freedom. Our approach combines academic support with creative, play-based learning and meaningful social experiences. By grouping students by age and interests, we ensure every child is challenged, encouraged, and engaged. Every afternoon is thoughtfully planned to meet children where they are while helping them stretch into who they can become.
Our Team
Behind every great program is a great team. At BOOST, our Group Leaders and staff are more than supervisors; they are mentors, motivators, and role models. Each team member is trained to create an inclusive, supportive space where students feel encouraged to be themselves. With a heart for service and a passion for youth development, our team is committed to showing up every day with purpose and care.
Our Approach
